Albany Cake Picnic - Please Register! In-Person
Calling all amateur bakers, sweet treat creators, and cake enthusiasts of Albany (and beyond) - we're having a Cake Picnic!
Registration is restricted to individuals, and each individual registered must bring their own cake!
Interested in participating? You MUST bring:
-a cake* that can be sliced into party portions (think itty bitty teeny tiny little slices or squares!)
-list of potential allergens to display
-a sweet tooth and an empty stomach
*What is a cake, even?
For our purposes, a cake is: something that is baked, usually containing flour and sugar, and often assembled with other ingredients to make layers. Think a classic birthday cake, an opera cake, a pineapple upside down cake, a cake roll, or even a tiramisu! We welcome and encourage cakes from all over the world: pavlova, basbousa, hummingbird cake, tres leches, and more. As long as it's a cake, you can bring it!
