Sound Bath Meditation In-Person

Unwind and "Explore the Unknown" through an immersive Sound Bath Meditation. Relax on a yoga mat as calming tones from singing bowls and gongs wash over you, guiding your mind into deep rest and renewed creativity. 

For adults only. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Doors open at 5:45; meditation begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. with no late entries.
